assets before 2007, retaining ownership of only those projects entering

did reduce debt without ever defaulting on any financial obligation
which allowed it to maintain normal operations throughout this difficult
period. While Silverwing is currently selling homes in the last residential for sale projects in Reno, Nevada, most of its current operations have been refocused on the acquisition of value added multi-family communities.
