Gene Aalbu, Project Manager, attended Western State College in 1973. He is responsible for land development and construction management for all Northern Nevada operations.  Mr. Aalbu has 27 years of construction experience ranging from construction management of production housing, shopping centers and multi-story office buildings to land development and infrastructure improvements.  During his career Mr. Aalbu has overseen the development of over 10,000 attached and detached housing units their associated land development and a variety of commercial developments throughout Colorado and Nevada.
